Weeding out Distractions and Getting to Writing

There's tweets to respond to, and a new gadget on Amazon that you must buy so you can rate it!

There's 20 emails in your "social" folder that you must read.


Stop everything.

Put it away.

Open your journal, your notebook or your word processing program.
And write. Do it now. 1,000 words before you get up or open anything else on your phone or computer.

Go. Right now. Start it now.
